Lexicon is our model of change that helps prepare and engage organizations for a 21st-century workforce. Based on a community organizing model that breaks down the barrier between companies and the people they want to both hire and serve, our emergent process uncovers the systemic and cultural problems caused by unconscious bias. The result is a new “lexicon” - a company, language, orientation, and culture that are deeply integrated with local, community-based partners, leading to broader brand acceptance, expanded customer access, and a direct link into developing, attracting and retaining diverse talent.

To truly impact change, a thorough understanding of existing challenges must be the foundation, our comprehensive audit of current culture allows for an honest starting point. Organizational leaders will receive tailored, one on one coaching to identify effective and authentic diversity & inclusion efforts along with broader roll-out strategies. This 12 month confidential high-touch program includes relevant network expansion through informal/private conversations with diverse leaders as well as experiences highlighting aspects of culture and the city otherwise never seen.

FROM BIAS TO BELONGING - When it comes to diversity, closing the gap between intention and impact remains elusive. Our Belonging Methodology introduces a holistic approach to achieving diversity and inclusion goals.
DISCOVER BIAS - Bias is in our social DNA. We often under-appreciate how bias affects so many aspects of life. In this illuminating digital workshop, we introduce the different types of bias and begin to understand how to mitigate its negative outcomes.
LEXICON Legwork - Meeting People Where They Are Life-changing experiences that make lasting changes for your teams and organization. Bias Scavenger Hunt - It's hard to practice observing other peoples experience. The scavenger hunt helps people look for other culture and see what they find.
